How Your Online Programs Work
Overview

Each Of The Nine Programmes in The Business Freedom System Follow Four Main Sections:
1. Your Introduction Modules - Frame It:
Imagine going orienteering without a compass, or travelling 500 miles to a new destination without a satnav, or building a house without a plan.
These modules are your satnav, your journey planner within each programme. They are designed to generally serve major purposes...
1. Frame why the programme is so important to the growth of your business, people and systems.
2. Frame your greatest agent for change, your very first strategies, which are designed to improve your awareness.
3. To enhance your success follow the cognitive priming instructions practicing them every day for at least 30days to fast forward your mission. Download it and complete it, keeping it visible near you desk or place of work, and commit yourself to the discipline of using it every day for the duration of this programme. It is the Game Changer to your success in this programme.
4. Frame your current reality for your business... if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you're going. And if you don't know where you're going, you're probably never going to get there.
5. Frame real world examples for you to reference. Real world examples bring the subject matter to life and have the power to improve knowledge retention and comprehension.
6. Frame your downloadable Step By Step Implementation Guides. Each guide will be different in each of the 9 programmes designed specifically for purpose to enhance the mission at hand. Some may be full of strategy pickers, some may be a revealing assessment tools with development plans, some may simply guide your progress through they system. In each module we will provide strategies and support material for you to apply what you have learned 'with your team', however your step by step guide is your master control document. Follow the interactive guide and complete all the information in each tab, which will progress you further, faster, better on your journey. Year 2, year 3, year 4 and so on you can go back and pick new strategies from your programmes or implementation guides to scale your business.
WARNING: Do not skip these modules and tasks unless you are willing to continue to settle for ordinary! ...Experiencing Extraordinary every day is sooo much better.
2. Your Fundamental Modules - Learn It - Implement It - Gamify It
These are the key modules where you will learn how to implement and achieve the strategic objective, and the programme outcomes.
Work though each Module one by one to gain the information required to achieve your mission. You will know you have achieved it through your mission log.
Gamifications
Look out for and use the 'Gamifications' within the modules. These are great strategies and processes to get your team involved in an interactive, and sometimes unusual way. Embrace the concepts, when you do, you will learn a great deal as a leader. Now you are starting to apply the solutions to your learnings.

The Business Freedom System truly is designed for you and your team to EXPEREINCE transformation. The more you embrace this concept as you go through the programme, get involved by getting your team involved led by programme prompts, the more you will grow as a leader, the more your team will contribute and the faster, stronger you profits and business will grow through controlled scalability.
In some modules you have simple questionnaires at the start for you to complete... However unlike most questionnaires they are not designed to test or access how much you understand the subject matter. They are designed as real world questionnaires to help you benchmark where your business is at present. This system provides many advantages:
- You get real clarity, good or not so good on where your business is right now
- By taking them you will realise how culture should enhance a business and help you to 'start asking better questions'
- At any point in the future you can go back and take the questionnaires again to prove you are making progress and create your new benchmark... True ongoing value.
Note: After each questionnaire you will receive an email with a summary of your answers and in some cases a score...
Don't panic if you score zero, in fact celebrate the fact because the only way is up... Just think, you already have a pretty good business, how much better might it be when you start using the culture to your advantage... Now at least you know what you need to improve.

LOCK-IT-IN Learning
Within your modules you will have two forms of Lock-it-in learnings.
1. A brief quiz at the end of some modules with recap questions
2. Worksheet pages where you are required to fill in some blanks.
Both constitute worthwhile print offs to build up a quick reference manual for yourself
3. Bringing It All Together Modules - Leverage It
This is where you may do an end of programme assessment, create an associated Personal Development Plan. Plus, consider investing in the associated but optional workshop ‘with your team.’ to accelerate yours and your teams journey.
4. Bonus Modules - Scale It
WARNING: These are bonus modules, out with the 'immediate' scope of the programme mission. Unless your leadership and business is mature enough to delegate or spread the progress of the fundamental modules, you must focus on those fundamental modules to achieve you programme goal. DO NOT BE DISTRACTED!
The bonus modules are there to enhance your experience. When the mission is achieved move to the next programme. When you have completed the mission in each programme, now you have a platform from which to scale. Then you can go back and scale from completing your bonus modules. Massive progression value .
Some bonus module are designed to educate you on specific leadership traits that you can dip into when a situation at hand calls for it... Massive situational value.
In year 2, and each year thereafter you will also skim back through each fundamental module, the assessment and most significantly the Step-by-Step implementation guides and pick new strategies to continually grow your business... Massive life time value.
Self-Directed Learning
Your online programmes are designed to be self-led and self-directed. There are many advantages of choosing to upgrade from Core Level to Thrive Level and participate in the accompanying group coaching workshops with other members, and gain all the other benefits. Or immersing yourself and your team in Freedom Level, where one of our Affiliate Partner Business Academy Coaches will work directly with you and your team.
The choice and flexibility is always in your hands. Regardless of your membership level follow the Self-Directed Learning Guide as you progress through your programmes.
